RELIANCE FORGE (INDIA) is a known stockist, distributor, trader and Manufacturer and Supplier of Titanium
Gr.2 / Gr.5 / Gr.7 Sheets, Plates and Coils, which typically comes in the Annealed condition.
Titanium Grade 2 Sheets is excellent, especially when direct contact with tissue or bone is
required. Titanium Grade 2 Plates combines excellent formability and moderate strength with superior
corrosion resistance. Titanium Grade 2 Coils are light in weight, have extraordinary corrosion
resistance and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Grade 2 Titanium Sheets is used for
heat exchangers, condenser tubing and bleaching plants in paper industry, offshore oil installation
water pipe lines. Because of all these qualities, Grade 2 Titanium Plates is the material of choice
for any application where ease of formability is required. Titanium Grade 5 Sheets is often used for
airframe components, cryogenic vessels, CPI equipment, condenser tubing, pickling baskets. Titanium
Grade 5 Plates has High Strength Titanium, Heat Treatable, Good Ductility, Good Fabricability, Good
Weldability, and more.
Titanium Grade 5 Coils combines its good mechanical strength and low density with excellent
corrosion resistance in many media. Grade 5 Titanium Sheets is the most commonly used Titanium
worldwide and is the most commonly used alloy in the oilfield. Grade 5 Titanium Plates is fully heat
treatable in section sizes up to 15 mm. These Grade 5 Titanium Coils is used up to approximately 400
Degree C (750 Degree F).
