Hot forged material like our Hastelloy Forged Threaded Tee Fittings should be heated between 2100 Degree F and 2250 Degree F with careful temperature control insuring that the material not falls below 1800 Degree F prior to forging. These Hastelloy Forged Socket Weld Tee Fittings has resistant to inter-granular corrosion in the as-welded condition, and has chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance. Our Hastelloy Forged Threaded Elbow Fittings can be fabricated to produce: Mixing Tanks, Process Piping, Heat Exchangers, and Pickling Equipment. These Hastelloy Forged Socket Weld Elbow Fittings is a low - carbon, niobium - stabilized austenitic nickel/iron/chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper.
